Joe Duval

Joe Duval has been a licensed Montana real estate professional since 2007 and is the broker-owner of Montana Life Real Estate, one of Southwest Montana’s leading independent brokerages. A consistent top producer serving Bozeman, Big Sky, Livingston, and communities across Montana, Joe brings extensive experience in residential and resort properties, ranches, land, and commercial acquisitions.

A Bozeman resident since 1997, Joe earned his Marketing degree from Montana State University and studied Advertising at Hawaii Pacific University. In 2005, he created The Montana Real Estate Show, a first-of-its-kind local TV program showcasing properties across the region and helping launch his full-time real estate career.

As a member of three MLS systems, Joe combines deep local knowledge with a strong marketing background and a straightforward, service-driven approach. His reputation is built on positive energy, persistence, integrity, and a genuine understanding of what makes Montana real estate—and the Montana lifestyle—unique.
